update secret generation command because of deprecation

change `openvpn --genkey --secret /etc/openvpn/server/tc.key` to `openvpn --genkey secret /etc/openvpn/server/tc.key`, since --secret option is deprecated in newer versions of openvpn when running bleeding edge.
